Why should we contract with DAP services?

DAP delivers significant results with no lift from your enterprise. DAP will do all the work, including data collection from the vendor, running analytics, and presenting findings to your leadership team. Your role would be to decide whether to use the recommendations or not. If you choose not to make any changes, you just received a free assessment and will not be charged a penny.

What do you charge for your services?

DAP clients will never incur any upfront costs or consignment fees. DAP leverages a revenue share model, meaning we invoice a percentage of the savings. No savings, no invoice.

How long does the assessment take?

Once DAP has gathered all the data, a comprehensive review with recommendations is typically provided within two weeks.

Is DAP affiliated with any document storage vendors?

DAP is client-focused. To remain 100% dedicated to client success, DAP has no ties or affiliations with any document storage vendors. If it is good for the customer, it is good for DAP.

What savings can I expect from an engagement with DAP?

The annual savings ranges from 25% to 60% depending on the project. DAP clients typically average saving 40% + on document storage solutions annually.

We have a bid department, why should we spend additional money to use your services?

DAP services provide a much larger benefit than just hosting a bid. DAP has the access and expertise to benchmark your current agreement (typically over 165 service items) against national industry averages and challenge vendors on your behalf, line by line. Most bid departments don’t have access to the proprietary intellectual property DAP clients benefit most from today.

Understood. In this environment, saving money and driving down spend is on everybody's radar. When you see the savings after we collect the data and run the analytics, you may revisit your position with regard to change. Nobody likes change, but when the savings are effortless and at your fingertips, it may be hard to avoid.

We have been with our storage vendors for a long time and don't see an inexpensive way out of these agreements.

That is not by accident. These agreements are written to benefit the vendor, not the customer. Breaking unbreakable contracts is one of DAP's strengths. We can get you out of these unfavorable contracts without having to pay these nasty fees. In most cases, you don't pay any fees. Just get us involved.

We don't have any issues with our document storage environment, why should we contract with DAP?

Most companies either don't believe they have any issues with document storage environment or realize they have an issue and live with the problem This assessment does not cost you anything. No harm no foul. In 100% of the cases, we find significant savings. DAP can do the same for you. Just give us an opportunity to prove the savings to you based on your own data.

What resources do you need from your clients?

DAP independently takes care of all data collection, analysis, recommendations, implementation, and negotiations. All we need is your approval. DAP will provide a project manager (at no additional charge) to assist with all the recommended improvements through completion of the project.
